Guys, i need your help! I came across this broadcast the other day, and honestly i have no idea what it is. I don't feel like sticking my neck out, since it occupies three frequencies on the 40 meter band, which is the one used mostly by amateur radio operators (among the most trafficked ever). At the same time, i noticed that many of the recordings made on the Russia-Ukraine conflict were on the same frequency range. They could be military or pirate broadcasts. Before working on it, however, i wanted to involve you in the discussion. If you know anything I would be grateful! I invite you to participate anyway, even simply by expressing ideas and hypotheses. Thanks everyone!

hi! It sounds like a number station, but i don't think it is. It's also not clear if it's NATO alphabet or something else.
